Food was down right nasty. Tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. Couldn't even eat one bite had to spit it out.

The strips are amazing... not little fake mystery meat pieces, but actual juicy chicken, and they are huge!!! The employees, although busy, are smiling and friendly. If you mix the chipotle ranch and the bonzai sauce together.... Best dip ever!!!!

I thought the best fried chicken would be by KFC, but in comes a new contender in my world. This location was spotless first of all. I ordered up a 2 piece meal and enjoyed some of the tastiest chicken I can recall eating. The portions were a great value and the sides were delicious. The star of the show was the chicken of course. It was juicy and the battered skin was tasty. I made short work of this meal and cannot say that I took my time to enjoy the art into what they did with these chicken pieces. One thing that stood out as well was that biscuit the kind staff served me. It was beautiful, golden, and inspiring. I was going to write a haiku poem to celebrate its beauty, but decided to write this review and take a food nap instead. I opened it up and did take a moment to admire it. I should have taken a close up. Guess I'll have to go back. But for now, Lee's holds the crown for Owensboro fried chicken. I feel the team caught on that it was my first time eating there. What impressed me was the confidence they had in their product. They served my meal with head high and shoulders back and radiating enthusiasm. It was almost as if every meal they serve, they are committing a good deed for humanity. I would say they are. Eating this meal brought me joy. I'm definitely coming back. It was a treat.

I swear I come to Wonder Whip to order Chili Cheese Fries with a side of burger. It's crazy to me…read morethat I enjoy their chili cheese fries as much as I do. I may just promote this as the new diet trend of 2025. I ordered their jalapeño cheddar burger on this visit and upgraded my combo to a large side and a large drink with an additional upgrade to add chili and cheese to my fries. My order came out quick and the service was absolutely superb as usual. I took my meal to the table and hurriedly opened up my side order and the sight hit me hard. The ultimate order of... Chili...Cheese...Fries. it was a heaping mound of fries with loads of chili and cheese. In approval, I inadvertently exclaimed "yeah" too loud and quickly scoped around to see if anyone might have heard me. If they had, I'd be forced to take the meal to go. A hearty mountain of deliciousness. My mind spun through scenarios on how to take this task on. Hire a Sherpa, get a pickaxe, and a pack mule perhaps? No no no. My food would be cold by the time they arrived. Focus and use what is at hand. The Wonder Whip Angel provided me with a plastic fork like the Lady of the Lake. It came out of my white bag like Excalibur. I should have asked for a second fork in case the first one breaks or wears down. I should've had a contingency plan. Curse me for a fool! But wait. I still had that burger to get through. I hurriedly scarfed it down enjoying every bit of it, but distracted the entire time by the thought of getting to my fries. I made it to the last bite and thanked the burger for giving its nutrients to me. I raised my fork high with my right hand and opened the clam shell with my left. For anyone watching from afar, I'm sure they only saw a small tasmanian devil tornado of activity with arms and legs and chili and fries and cheese whipping about. They'd be surprised to know that amidst that chaos, was a happy man enjoying a great side dish at a terrific value thanks to Wonder Whip. Im full. Now sleep.

If your claim to fame is chicken fingers, you'd think they would be stellar, right??? On a quiet Thursday evening we were served borderline cold fries, and 3 fingers.. quite small fingers... like 2 bites each. The ketchup dispenser was broken. Plus you have to pay for extra sauce. The prices seem high for these petite fingers. You can go next door to Meijer and get a big bag of frozen tenders for the price of 2 combos. I'm sorry Cane's.... But MEH.

Beautifully presented on a fine plastic bowl tray overlaid with custom printed paper (i suspect it's imported from the orient). I imagine the chicken fingers are each held up to the sun to bathe in its rays before the chef dips each one with loving care into a carefully prepared batter. Each chicken finger is held in the batter for exactly 14 seconds and this is repeated 14 times with the chef ceremoniously thanking the chicken in his mind for sacrificing its fingers for the sustenance of humanity. They are then fried in the finest oils pressed from plants grown with care by Brave farmers toiling tirelessly in the fields of this great country, driven by the sacred duty of securing the fried chicken oils to satiate the appetite of the people. How they accomplish this and still pop out my order within a minute of me tapping my card on the payment terminal is beyond me. It was efficient and the meal was stupid good. The special sauce should come in a cup and be offered as a beverage. As a plus, they have the tiny ice cubes that are the hottest (or should I say "coolest" (har har nyuck nyuck wink wink)) trend in the ice cube market. According to Ice Cube Digest, 9 of 10 ice cube users prefer the tiny ice cubes in their beverages and 100% of them prefer ice cubes when they want icy cool drinks. I made all that up but I bet it's 40% correct, 90% of the time for some populations probably almost. To sum it up cuz i need a food nap, eat here. It too goot. Now sleep bye. Music good, busy lobby. Awesome, mad friendly service. Cool decor.

Overall, this location is excellent and usually my first choice when I need a quick meal on the go when hitting the highway to Elizabethtown. The speed and efficiency for the curbside service, even during peak breakfast rush, and moves considerably fast. The staff here has clearly mastered high-volume order fulfillment. I've never waited more than 5 minutes from the order speaker to the window, which is actually impressive. My order accuracy is almost always correct here, which is a big win for McDonald's. When I get on the road, I never find myself missing a sauce or having the wrong customization on a burger. When it comes to the customer service, the cashiers, take out employees, and thevwindow staff are consistently friendly, polite, and attentive. They manage the rush with great attitudes, which genuinely makes the experience better. The food is always fresh and hot, suggesting excellent kitchen management. I do have to make one deduction though however, the only one-star flaw would be because of the persistent issues I have with menu item availability, which is particularly frustrating for items often advertised or featured. It seems like often times when I visit, especially in the morning, they are out of lemons, pies, key ingredients or popular limited-time offerings. For example, my last three evening visits, they were out of the new strawberry and creme pies, and before that, they were frequently out of the lemons for my sweet tea. Which I always add lemon to my sweet tea and water everyday anywhere I go and at home. It's understandable that demand is high, but the frequency of these stock-outs feels higher here than at any of other nearby locations. While the food I can order is great, having to substitute or not getting something I like often is a minor annoyance that prevents a perfect score here in my opinion. The bottom nine though, is that this is a great McDonald's. It's fast, friendly, and accurate. Just be prepared with a backup order, especially if you're craving a trendy item or a dessert later in the day!

However, recently I've been surprised at the way the hot fudge sundaes have shrunk; in size but the price just keeps going up! I received sundaes that were about half the size of what I normally get. And the attitude of Misty was totally unacceptable. I'm really disappointed in her behavior. I'm the customer.
