Only downsides were that the patty was considerably smaller than the bun of the burger. My friends who ate beef and chicken did not have the same problem. They either forget entire buckets, forget mayonaise, salt, or all of the above. At least 4/5 times we had to go back to ask for missing items... The staff isn't too sharp but once they do help you out they do it well. They don't ask for receipts but just trust you on your word which is good service I'd say. In the end, the food is good but most of the time you'll end up having to go back inside (coming from the drive through) to fetch missing items which is a real bummer.
