Horrible service. Cars pulling to the side to wait for their orders. A man coming g out side check your order because they are clueless. I order a vanilla shake and a chocolate shake with the food. How do you take an order for shakes when your machines are not working? Please people use what God ga e you and think. After several people after me were getting food I walked in. The lady bitched at me for walking in as she was walking out with me food but didn't say she didnt have our drinks. Another person came inside the order was wrong and he didn't like the way his food handler was acting and he wanted his money back. Of course I was there first and they were taking him before me. Very frustrating I dont recommend stopping here keep driving to the next BK.or like us we went to McDonalds down the street to get our shakes. read more

Zero stars was not an option! Ordered Whopper meals and tried to get coke only to be told they were out of coke, okay let's get 1/2 n 1/2 tea, add another whopper meal with a sprite.... note for those who do try this location... make sure to add to your order that your food be FRESH AND HOT... that is a side item that is not common apparently. $25 for food that was cold and terrible... when I asked if they made the tea 1/2 n 1/2 they had not - so about 2 bites of the cold burger and it went back in the bag and then trashed when we stopped in Tifton to get some chips and a candy bar. My recommendation is to AVOID this place. We are not asking for gourmet burgers just something that is somewhat edible. We all know that the size of things keep shrinking and the price keeps getting bigger but it is crazy to pay for food that is supposed to be served HOT and it is not even warm. If there were zero stars for service I'd choose it! We waited 30 mins for food. At 24 mins I walked to the counter to ask about my meal, to a lady smarting off at me that mine was coming! She then proceeds to hand me a bag of food that is not mine and when I opened it to tell her it's not mine she says "oh I must have gave your bag to someone else". If you'd call out order numbers instead of just handing out bags maybe you'd make sure to give them to the correct people. I rarely go to BK and I'll likely not go back. It's unfortunate for such a small town that a restaurant had such horrible service. read more

Service was good. Order was incorrect. They did fix it. Out of ice and some soda. Soda machine was disgusting. But cleaned as soon as we reported it. Maybe better next time. read more

Do not come to this BK!! Service is terrible and the staff just plain does not care!! I understand being short staffed but this place is very poorly run. We came inside and ordered our meals...waited 30 minutes. 5 orders behind us were served first. When we brought that to the staffs attention they acted like they could care less! Wow, this is a great Burger King because not only do they get your order right, it's hot and they are fast. I waited a total of five minutes from entering the line to getting my order fast efficient quality. Also my burger was packed correctly,neatly french fries were stacked perfectly, not just thrown in the bag, the lady at the window was so nice friendly with a big smile. She deserves a raise because she's fast and efficient as well. Oh yeah, she also counted my change back the old fashion way kudos Burger King great job to the manager here for putting together such a great team. read more

I worked at a BK in Gainesville ,FL back in the early 1970's and it was the best ever. My wife and I where on a ride around Ga country and stopped at the BK in Sylvester GA, we went in and noticed it was very clean and the employee's where the most friendly we have ever dealt with, in our rides. It reminded me of back when I worked at Bk in the 70's. I told my wife that I had to go tell them in person that they where doing a Great Job. We decided to stop here for lu.ch on the way through Sylvester. The whole place was clean and the entire staff was well organized, movimg all the lunch crowd through quickly. Ethel, the manager, came by to ask how we were and offered us a sample of a new item. I was impressed with the customer service and short wait time. Made for a great lunch experience! Stopped yesterday to order french fries and a large sweet tea. When I got my order it was almost $5, got less than 50 cents in change. I asked how much was sweet tea? $2.59 plus tax, never in all my days has any drink been over $2 for tea. In fact Albany Burger King charges $1 for a large sweet tea. McDonalds charges $4.63 for a large sweet tea, cheeseburger and french fries. Be warned of these highway robbery cost of this restaurant in small town Sylvester. Even local owned restaurants charge a little over $5 for fries, hot dog and a much bigger large sweet tea! Ask before they waste your time. read more

This Burger King has great food, that is always fresh and is usually out quickly unless you choose a food that needs to be cooked when it's ordered and if so, you're never waiting longer than 3 minutes. Employees are very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk through the door, and they treat you as if you are a long-time friend instead of a customer. This is one of my favorite Burger Kings in the Sylvester/Albany. This location is always very clean. I would give it more stars if I could. I have never had a bad experience at this location. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! During my trip home, yesterday 12 Sept 2017; around 1:30PM, I decided to stop with my family at Burger King at 508 E Franklin St, Sylvester, GA 31791. While waiting in line to order, a lady approached from the side and said excuse me, attempting to get the cashier's attention. Once the cashier acknowledged her, the lady informed her that there was no tissue and/or paper towels in the women's room. The cashier just rolled her eyes, looked over her shoulder and called to her manager and made the comments "you know what this lady just said, we ain't got no tissue in the restroom." The manager just looked and cracked a smile. The cashier went on making other comments such as "this bitch going to ask about tissue, like I give a fuck." Meanwhile I am in line at the register with my two sons. At this point I decided not to give Burger King any of my business and go elsewhere. That attitude and customer service is defiantly not the type Burger King wants to present to the public. To me, the correct response would have been, "Ma'am, we will take care of it, sorry for the inconvenience." She then could have asked the manager if she could have someone take care of it. The manager, depending on how busy, could have either, one, taken care of it herself, or two, had one of the other employees take care of it; basic personnel management. As a manager, she should want her employees to always have the highest standard in customer service, and store cleanliness. This was by far a poor example of quality customer service, and if the customers can not properly clean themselves and then properly wash their hands; then how are the employees washing properly prior to going back and handling food items? Some of these franchise owner's, general managers, and district managers need to conduct some sort of unannounced quality control inspections; randomly show up, check for cleanliness, as well as stand in line to make an order and observe the interaction between the employees and customers. Substandard employees should also be fired/asked to leave on the spot when there are infractions; it would make the other employees ad hear to the stores policies, instead of thinking it's funny when a fellow employee provides substandard customer service and attitude to a customer. read more
