I wasn't able to do I asked that the order be cancelled and refunded. The order was placed Feb 2, 2024 and I still haven't received a refund as of March 3, 2024. I called a few days later spoke with ano the error employee she checked and told me the manager never cancelled or refunded the order but d sad he couldn't go anything about it at thst point.

If there are more than 3 vehicles in the drive thru be prepared to wait a minimum of 40 mins. We waited almost 45 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. This happens every single time we are there. We watch the angry customers rage while being trapped in the lineup with no way of bailing out. The inside is no better. Floors are ALWAYS sticky and it's usually pretty messy. As for the menu they are usually out of everything and you'll have to settle for your 5th choice.
