This Burger Kings phone number 519-884-6027 doesn't accept incoming phone calls!!!! Bad service is one thing but not being able to pay your phone bill as a restaurant is alarming considering I place an order thru Doordash at 3am and was told to confirm with the restaurant when I finished. So what do I do who do I call. My orders suppost to be in its way hopefully I get everything I've prepaid from would be nice ti take to the store as is was directed to but apparently this Burger King franchise can't even pay the phone bill to beable to accept my incoming call. If you want fast food, this is not the place! The service here is the slowest I have ever seen. It takes over 10 minutes for them to make 1 burger off the dollar menu, when there are only about 7 customers in the resturant. I see the worker taking her sweet time making my burger in the back, spreading the mayo without a care in the world, while all of us wait for our food. When it's busy, good luck. I ordered the 10 nuggets for $3 deal. The manager was doing a lot which is great. He was clearly working hard to expedite orders and make sure everything was going properly. I was kinda unimpressed by the fact I watched the kitchen staff member load new nuggets into the fryer and then serve me ones from the heating tray. They did give me extra sauce on the side when i asked for a different one which I did appreciate. read more

My first time ever coming into Waterloo I came here with my family. We ordered fish burgers. When it came, the burgers were huge in fact. It was bigger than the other Burger King's I've been to. Although the only thing bad there was so much grease, my wrapper for the burger was a pool of grease, but I didn't mind. I ordered medium but they gave us a large. I don't know if it was a mistake or not but hey, I'm not complaining. It was good but the area in the entrance is a bit ghetto. There some very cool, unique and useful stores around it like some tech shop for students and a bakery, and there more but I don't know all of them, just those 2. Nice joint to be in. read more

This is probably one of the slowest Burger Kings I've ever been to. It takes about 20 minutes just to get served when there's a line and about another 15 just to get our food. Unless you're one hell of a patient person, I'd highly recommend you going somewhere else like a McDonald's. Staff uses the same gloves to handle money and food. One staff was touching her phone with the gloves she uses to make the burgers. This establishment really needs to hire more people to deal with the constant flow of customers and learn a thing or two about cleanliness read more

Go to place after drinking basically...inexpensive, good quantity, fast, opens late. Their nugget deal with marinara and bbq sauce gets addictive. Sometimes I will change and walk ten minutes down the street for it even in bad weather. whopper jr and crispy chicken jr not bad either when you need a little something between meals. breakfast is nasty when they microwave a sandwich in front of you. cleanliness can also be improved on. read more
