Came here 10/05/25 Sunday at 9:30 and they drive through had a cone and the inside was locked . All I wanted was a damn burger

This is an awesome burger king. I think the workers deserve some sort of recognition for what they go through as fast food workers. Yes, they may ask you to go wait in the front, generally because there's 2-3 people working. Having compassion and patience is not that difficult. Not once have I eaten here and been disappointed in either the food, or the workers. They are all very nice, and are doing the job you don't want to. They keep the restaurant itself clean, as well as the bathrooms. The food I've gotten has always been blistering hot and fresh. What more can you ask for? Cheapest place to eat in town and I can't say enough how great the workers are. I've found that the Spicy chicken sandwich tastes identical to popeyes but a fraction of the cost, get it every time. Not to mention, everytime I get customizations they get it right, and it never takes long. If you're tired of the drive through, go inside! They are nice people trying their best. read more

Once again sat in the drive through line waiting for several minutes even though there were no vehicles in front of us, and then no ice cream even though it was more than an hour before closing. We are so disappointed in how poor the service has become here read more

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and kindness. The food came out very fast, and got reminded which burger had sauce and which didn't. Going to sit down, there was not a crumb on a single table. They have one dollar freezes too! Not going to Taco Bell for them again. Fries are great too. Only complaint is the burgers are kinda mediocre, and the bathroom wasn't clean. read more

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Stopped for a snack on the road. TERRIBLE, unfriendly service. Workers messing around and yelling profanities for the whole restaurant to hear. Girl working the counter couldn't be more bothered to be doing her job. On top of it, food wasn't made correctly. Highly recommend reevaluating your staff. read more

Drive thru takes too long and still have to pull up to the front to get a simple order. Took 15 minutes to take my order behind two other cars that probably took just as long to get their orders in as well read more

The worst experience I have ever had. First I ordered a breakfast sandwich and she said they only had 3 biscuits and it would take 15 to cook them. So ordered just 3 instead of 4 of which she changed me Extra because the special was 2 for 4 and they only had 3 biscuits so she had to charge me full price for the third. Tried to order a milk shake and the girl said I don't know who to work the machine so no milk shake. So we ended up sitting in the driveup at the window for over 30 min with cars backed up backed up behind us. Finally got our order and we left we found the order was not correct. Not eating here ever again after receiving 2 sausage sandwiches that were freezer burnt. I can understand one happening but I show the managers he sandwich and she didn't seem too concerned but offered to have a new one made, it looked exactly the same. I don't have time to wait for someone that has the easiest job to learn to do it correctly. read more

So I gave it four stars because sometimes you can walk in there and get the wrong person and they're just in a terrible mood but for the most part the people that work here are pretty on point with their customer service for being fast food joint occasionally they'll be out of stuff occasionally the place will be a little bit dirty but for the most part it's a fast food joint in a small town it's the only one we got so rather than tear it down I say we appreciate it for what it is my daughter loves a new impossible Burger and my son loves the chicken fries my husband loves the Whopper with no bun and I like tacos read more

The restaurant is clean but slow to serve food. Lots of people waiting for 10+ minutes for their food. One guy even got a refund. They also over charge on value meals. The sign on the menu says $5 for a small whopper meal, the sign on the window and outside banner say the same thing. Yet the cashier says her button rings up $7.79 so that's what it is, take it or leave it. Not coming back. read more

After so many years of bad reviews, it's still HORRIBLE! The soda machines were empty except for Dr. Pepper. When I notified an employee, she responded with, "oh, I knew I was forgetting something." Honestly, a fast food hamburger restaurant without soda! The food was okay. No one else was in there when we were, so it was pretty easy for them. My biggest complaint, and a reason I will forever more avoid that place, it was disgustingly dirty. The dining room was okay although the floors were in need of serious scrubbing. The bathrooms were horrible. The best description that comes to my mind, -nasty dirty gas station. You know, the kind that leave you feeling more dirty than when you went in. And, the bathroom stall doors do not have a hook for a purse! There was no way I was going to place my purse on that nasty, germ infested floor. If you're driving through Weaverville and need to stop, you'd be better off looking for a Starbucks. read more

I went in on Sept 21st. The exhaust fan was broken (I was told it was the third time) so they were unable to make burgers! The previous time I was in there one of the soda machines was out of order. They seemed to have remodeled the inside, but never upgraded the machines. The food was ok, but while I was eating inside, one of the workers "accidently" make a vanilla shake, and when no one claimed it, she started drinking it behind the counter! This used to be my family's go to stop while traveling, but I have had enough and won't be eating at this location anymore. One of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been to. read more

This is the worse Burger King I have ever been to. There is only one cook, one person filling the orders and taking the orders. There is one other girl here kind of cleaning up but also trying to fill orders and take money when a customer stops her and forced her to get their food or take their order. Every table is a mess and the floor is a disaster. If only corporate or the health dept could see this!!! Really awful!!! read more

My wife and I visit Weaverville on our way to Trinity Center several times a year. This is the ONLY fast food restaurant in town. The staff are always pleasant and after a long 8 hour drive, a Whopper sure hits the spot. I am impressed they hire older folks like myself, rather than a bunch of teenagers who have no clue how to serve the public. read more

Watch your receipt ..... ordered Whopper Jr. Meal total $4.92 at the Drive thru (which I do every week when in Weaverville). Was told by lady at the window my total was $7.92 (thought I had misread the Menu when ordering and they had a price increase) I fumbled to get extra $3.00 from my purse and paid the lady (by the way she was the Manager) before I left parking lot I checked my receipt which was attached to bag and saw that Total actually was $4.92. I parked went inside (approximately 3 minutes had pasted since I paid lady the $7.92), presented my receipt to the same lady (the Manager) she went away for a few minutes came back and told me I had only given her $5.00, I stated I had given her $8.00 (a $5 and 3 $1) and had told her I know this because I had fumbled for the extra $3, she again stated no and if I wished I could wait while she counted her drawer. I was grabbing lunch on the way back to Redding and didn't have time for her to count her drawer. Total her she could have the $3.00 and I won't return there again. Her (the Manager)had extremely bad throughout the entire transaction.......won't return there again!!!! read more
