Had the pleasure of sampling this gem in Trinity Center. It was a beautiful day and the outdoor seating was so nice. We ordered the tri-tip salad and the spicy chicken sandwich. The tri-tip was tender and drizzled with a brown sugar balsamic reduction. The veggies were fresh and the watermelon was so good and sweet. My husbands crispy spicy chicken was amazing. So crispy and the sauce, soooooo tasty (chefs kiss). Best chicken sandwich we've had in a long time. The fries were amazing, perfectly crispy and seasoned. They gave us a side of ranch that tasted heavily of dill. It was so good I drank what was left of it. Overall, highly recommend. Totally worth the wait. read more

Two stars is gracious and would have been one star if the girl serving wasn't as sweet as she was. We ordered a tritip salad and a kids hamburger. The "salad" came out after an hour. I finished the "salad" and after still not receiving the burger we asked to cancel it. Hubby and I stopped in for lunch Labor day weekend. We wanted to sit outside as we had our pup with us. Nice shady area with tables. We both had cheeseburgers and fries. The absolute best burger that I have had in a very long time. Flavorful, juicy and cooked just right. Fries nice and crispy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They are dog friendly too. My grandson and I go here often during the summer months for dinner or a late lunch. It has a very basic menu, mostly burgers and salads.But everything is excellent and served with a smile. Trinity Center is well-situated to be the food destination after you come out of a multi-day backpacking trip. I can conceive of no better place to address a caloric deficit! When they claim they have the best burger around they are 100% right! One of the best cheese burgers I've had in a long time! Old fashioned deliciousness and on a homemade bun to boot:) Just thinking about it is making my mouth water! The restaurant itself has its own charm. It felt like I was walking into a friends grandparents house(in the best way possible:) Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The owners are an adorable couple and I believe the rest of the building is actually their home. Which makes the experience even more special for anyone who visits. Ordered burgers. They came with small buns that fell apart after a few bites indicating they were likely frozen at one time. The meat was plentiful but rolled like a large egg. So the first few bites all you got was bun. For me, I like a patty because each bite has neat. Also, when you take a bite the large mound of meat is just a lot of meat with little flavor. I guess some like them this way. And we ordered one burger specifically because that choice doesn't come with cheese but when it came it had cheese. The cook brought it out to us and when I mentioned this burger has cheese she was apologetic and offered to replace it but said the order said to put cheese on it. I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes so we I just ate it with cheese. 30 minutes is a long time to wait to get your food especially when it wasn't busy at all, There was only two other customers at this time. That said, this is the only restaurant in the area so it will have to make do if you want a burger. The property was clean and well done compared to the prior owners. We liked sitting outside. Went in here with mediocre expectations - it's just about the only restaurant in town and it was empty - but boy did they exceed those expectations! Had the Gunfighter burger with Gunfighter burger today with smoked bacon, cheese, onion ring and homemade BBQ sauce and it seriously blew my mind. Truly the best burger I've had in a long time. They were also super friendly, and not only brought out an ice-water bucket for our dogs, but also some bacon-soaked french toast to snack on. My dog gives 5 barks to this eatery too. read more

The bun was excellent, but my girlfriend is gluten free and the protein style was also superb. She also loved her milkshake. For pilots this has to be the best $100 Hamburger in Northern California.
