In April 2022.... We were looking to purchase a boat. Upon entering their showroom... was meet…read morewith a very nice salesman named Matt. We ended up finding my husband's boat that he has always wanted which was more than we wanted to spend. While there I found a used SXS that caught my eye. So i called my local credit union and they worked some magic and we walked out proud owners of two toys. Well after the sale.... BUYER BEWARE!!! We contacted them for an owners manual for our boat which we were the second owners as previous owners didn't leave it on boat. It took about six months to receive the manual after truly like six phone calls following up on it and we ended up buying the engine manual as they would not provide on. Upon first voyage with the boat we realized something wasn't working with the Garmin fish finding that they installed for the original owner. We actually talked to the person who guaranteed it was working when they took it in before resale. They had actually installed the wrong transducer and installed it wrong for that fish finder which made it not work properly... so there is no way it ever worked right so they never actually tested it. However we contacted Garmin it was under warranty and they explained why it wasn't working and that they lied to us. The stern light was broken when we got it home and they wouldn't make good on that either. We dropped a lot of money there and truly asked for what was promised in the sale and nothing more. They truly fought us every step of the way. I will never do business with them again and warn anyone... just go somewhere else. Look at their reviews.

Our boat was captained by Brian and his deck hand/entertainment of the night was Ben; both very professional and got us out and back in safely. Ben was fantastic on the acoustic guitar, excellent voice and sense of humor. It was a small group when we went but he still worked the crowd. The boat was clean and I appreciated that they had binoculars available in each bench seat so you could take advantage of seeing the sights. Ben also does some of the scenic tours so he threw in a few nuggets of info about the area in between songs but overall the focus was on the music and enjoying the views. Sunset was perfect! Would highly recommend.

It was a 1.5 hour interesting and enlightening guided tour highlighting elegant, historic, and hidden Cottage Row in the town of Gibraltar, the Strawberry Islands, and the Eagle Bluff Lighthouse. The all-in cost for us 2 seniors was $91.79. We boarded their boat named Quo Vadis and it has a capacity of 58 we were told. Betsy was our engaging and informative tour guide and she was a great local narrator and guide having been raised on nearby Chambers Island. From a nature and wildlife standpoint, we saw double-crested cormorants, white pelicans, a bald eagle, and a big eagle's nest along the way. Betsy added a lot of local color and flavor and trivia to the talk and it was just what I enjoyed hearing to gain more insight into this charming area. Big thumbs up and we would take another of their tours if we were up here at the right time and conditions again.

Had some trouble with the battery, which was eventually fixed (upgraded, but at a slight cost for service). Service has been helpful and knowledgeable over the phone, and has been able to advise me a couple times over the last year when I ran into questions and needed fast answers. Very happy with camper, and no regrets buying from Bayside.

This is our third time Bayside Outdoors has been there for us when we were in dire need of immediate service on our 38' motor home. Ted serviced our Aqua Hot in 2018 when it would not function, replaced our transfer switch/surge protector and yesterday replaced our Inverter that was fried due to bad electricity at a campground. Very special attitude to help the customer with everybody employed here and it is an employee owned company. Highly recommend for service and sales. They specialize in the sale of small travel trailers, truck campers, small outboards and pontoon boats. We travel 10-12,000 miles 6 months of the summer so having our motor home totally functional is top priority and Bayside Outdoors keeps us that way when we are in Door County. Linda and I thank all of Bayside Outdoor employees for all you do. Mike Lodge
