They will let you know they will call or email you and you never receive anything. I have been waiting 3 weeks for an email I never received. They also did this to the person who recommended them to me. The lack of communication is indicative that they will not put your needs first, and that breaches trust that whatever you hire them for will not be taken care of in your best interest. November 14, 2022 is a day I will always remember. . .  My husband, my son, my two dogs and I were…read moreon our way up north to see my mom.  Unfortunately I never made it there.  We were at a stop sign on Bruce Road.  I was in the back seat of our truck and I heard my husband swear just before the impact of being hit from behind.  The impact propelled our truck in the air, we did a 360 and we came down, upside down, in a field.  When I came to, I was hanging upside down from my seat belt.  The dogs, my husband and son had crawled out of the windows in front with the help of those that helped. I struggled with the seat belt and dropped to the top of our vehicle before I was able to get out. Thankfully, after being checked out at the hospital, my husband had the presence of mind to find an attorney--Albrecht Law.  We met with Evan Schneider and Melanie Evans.  My mind was a blur, but I remember feeling welcome. This duo made this life-altering event easier. They gathered as much information as they could, and I continued to live and try to heal.  At this time, we moved out of state where a job was waiting for me.  Every time I had a question, I would contact them and they would respond, calming my anxiety, contact the medical providers (as bills were piling up), and dealing with the insurance companies.  Often they would call me just to check on me. I went through many ups and downs--I have a traumatic brain injury and PTSD.  This accident has changed my life forever.  I am shocked at how much Evan and Melanie did behind the scenes. This law firm accepted a cash payment for an estate issue. I have not been able to contact the…read moreattorney representing me once after payment, no returned calls. I finally got ahold of someone in the office, and was told that they would send the remainder of my deposit back to me. That hasn't happened either. After calling again today, they said that they used the money, for what who knows, and I was not getting anything back. They are so rude, they didn't take care of anything that I needed help with, and they didn't contact me for court dates or anything else! I'm beyond upset that they can exploit someone at the worst and hardest time in their life.
