Not until we…read moreopted for weekly removal and a few complaints on how fast the drivers were taking corners were there any issues. We live on country roads. We have up and down hills and the complaints that the drivers were going too fast were pouring into the HAO regularly. As the customer this was reported to them. Please slow down. They would and then would speed up again. Then I asked the driver personally, please slow down. We have open range out here and I have kids and dogs. This was taken well but then they started skipping my house weekly. I called the office. The lady that answers the phone is so nice and said she was sorry and that she sees notes about my dogs being the problem. I said ok. The next several weeks would ensure my dogs were locked up. Still getting skipped. Finally on the SIXTH time they skipped my house, I called again and again she apologized and would have the office manager call me. She did and instead of hearing about the events that occurred, was HORRID on the phone. Blamed me for my dogs every time. Said that this was my fault. Stated that if I would like her courteous refund that I could have it with stipulations. Told me to not speak until she was done with me. At the end of the call which took twice because she hung up on me when God forbid, I defended myself. I called her back and told her to get her can off my property. It's sad that one person and no management can make a company this bad. There are two or three maybe other companies in this town. Consider them first because if there is an issue this will be your result.

We were thrilled when he said he could have a team ready to go within days of meeting with us (and honestly, they would have come sooner, but we needed more time). AND it was only going to take one day. They (a team of four) came exactly at 8AM as promised, and got to work. They not only treated my mom and me with amazing respect, they removed everything with such care. We knew they would remove the items, but we didn't realize that they also broom cleaned as they finished each and every area/inside and out! As they finished an area, we did a quick walk through with them, ensuring 100% satisfaction. As you can see, the service we received was above and beyond our expectations, it truly felt like a white glove moving service, rather than a junk hauling and removal project. The estimate he provided was spot on and very, very reasonable. We can't give a high enough rating for Cheyenne Hauling, 5++++ rating!!! The woman who answered said it would be just under $100 with an hour minimum. They sent two men which wasn't really necessary....while one was working the other was chatting with me about our pets. I timed both visits which were at an hour each so I was assuming $200 for the work. When I received the bill it was much more and was not itemized. I called to complain and was told Mike wasn't going to be back until the following week. I never received a call so I called again. This time the woman said the difference between the quote she gave me and the bill was the drive time to and from the shop. After the 2nd visit the man Tom told me he was finished for the day and going home. So I should not have been charged drive time back to the shop. If the office lady is going to give out prices she needs to mention drive time is not included. They did not offer senior discounts. And the materials charge for a small amount of grout used was high. On the positive side, Tom was a pleasant man and did a good job replacing the two tiles that we supplied him with.

We were actually done in Thursday but I forgot to call. She said that they couldn't get it on Friday but Monday for sure. I knew that she was mistaken because Monday was a holiday so I thought Tuesday. No not Tuesday, I called on Wednesday and she said they could not do it then either but that they are rented for 10 days and that it would be Thursday. No not Thursday, she called and said sorry it would be Friday. So Friday it was gone. I don't know how this business can survive like this. I should have charged them rent for the driveway space and the fact that I could not get a trailer or anything else onto the job for those days is not good business. Maybe a homeowner likes 10 days but I usually get a discount for only having the cans a short number of days. Most companies chomp at the bit to get a can back early so they rent it out again. Anyway nice people but not good for me. I need it gone when it's full and that is part of the service. Not my job to give them a spot to park a can for an extra week. I was pissed. It was a 15 Yard so it fit in a driveway. Any other company would have gotten it on the Friday the week before.

I have sent several over the weekend and today Monday I've followed all their customer service directions to use he contact page on their website to inquire. I've also used the email address provided in their outgoing message in their VM system which does not allow the customer the option to leave a VM. I've also used the email address I receive my monthly statement. I have been to the office which is locked and shuttered with only a Kiosk that claims it can connect a customer to a live agent. Fails everytime when selecting that option. Their system is great at collecting money or renting a new unit and collecting immediate payment. But it cannot connect you to a real person as is advertised on the kiosk. All I want to do is ask a question about my unit's lock. They replaced all the storage unit doors in their facility but placed the wrong lock back on my unit. My question is simple - do they have a key or do we need a locksmith. At the same time why should I pay for a locksmith if they replaced my lock during their remodel process. Yes, it has been several years since I've been in the unit and now I want in to inventory.
