Dr. Harvi (short for Halaharvi) made him feel comfortable and at ease. We really appreciated her bed side manners. Checking in was also unique. The receptionist appeared live on a computer screen instead of in person. I've seen this at a restaurant but never at a doctor's office. Nonetheless, her office was very welcoming and offered water and coffee for your convenience. Her office was also comfortable as the patient's chair was a recliner instead of the typical table.
