There is not an option at either number to leave a message to have someone call me back. This is horrific customer service. I understand that technology can sometimes be an issue, but I should've known that before shopping and standing in line to purchase items. Prices are high, my assumption is they are marked up in order for 25-60% off signs to be put up. A simple beach towel was $60 with 65% off- which is what I would normally pay. Overall this store is over priced for the same items you can get anywhere else. In a pinch you can find something but it didn't seem worth it.
