Not a debit card that can be run as credit only a credit card or cash. There were no signs anywhere for this! In addition when I tried to call the customer service number for Belk, it kept hanging up on me. So I tried to call the manager at the store and and it kept going to a message that said that Number is not picking up. There is not an option at either number to leave a message to have someone call me back. This is horrific customer service. I understand that technology can sometimes be an issue, but I should've known that before shopping and standing in line to purchase items. And then I should be able to speak with someone in customer service at some point!

This store is very similar to a Macy's but 1/4 the size. I kept thinking I was missing an entire floor but realized it's just small. One thing I noticed is the limited stock. Some items had one or two available, it was hard to find employees and even determine who worked there. Prices are high, my assumption is they are marked up in order for 25-60% off signs to be put up. A simple beach towel was $60 with 65% off- which is what I would normally pay. Overall this store is over priced for the same items you can get anywhere else. In a pinch you can find something but it didn't seem worth it.

We called the number on the posted sign & the staff member didn't really introduce himself & just asked what spot I was at. That was odd but ok. A few minutes later a man came out with his cart and had our groceries all organized. He was hesitant about loading up the car but was helpful either way. I never like how many bags the use but oh well. I had a long list to ensure they didn't forget anything, and after I checked, nothing was amiss! We appreciate the order being correct & pick up as an option for vacations like this.

It's always wise to consider that every item in here is not necessarily a good deal. Some things I saw were priced at full retail. This outlet truly has endless, high-quality pieces for a lot less than what you'd pay at a regular department store. The store is always neat and well organized, with a great selection of shoes and clothing. I honestly can't count how many pieces I've picked up over the years. I like to get there as soon as they open so I can take my time browsing before it gets crowded--you can really look around and not feel rushed. I learned my lesson once when I saw something and thought, "Maybe next time." There was no next time, lol. Things move fast here, and the inventory is constantly changing. I recently grabbed a pajama set from here for a trip, and everyone loves them. They were super cute, only $14.99, and when I tell you they are comfortable--I love them!
