The manager was unbelievable! She was so friendly and polite as soon as I walked in. Even with the store full. Asked me questions and went right to work helping me with finding the perfect dress for my wife. When my wife and I went back to try it on, it fit my ladlady perfectly and again was extremely nice to my wife too!!! We found and bought the perfect dress because of this awesome manager. After being ignored for several minutes the woman at the desk was on the phone and stayed on the phone the entire time I was there. she said they do not do alterations and I asked her if she could recommend someone and she very rudely said she could not recommend someone because I didn't buy the dress there.
