I continued to politely decline, but the staff insisted I go look. My husband and I ended up putting all the clothes back that we picked out. We felt uncomfortable and left empty handed. We chose to visit a different kids consignment shop in the area and had a much better experience. This store does have a great selection, but some of the items are not in the best conditions.
