Very well kept store, with a wide variety to make it worth a stop. Came in to buy a used collar…read moreshirt (at my age, wearing a coat and tie is a once/twice a year thing). Found a good condition Van Heusen, the right size, for only $6.99. Picture doesn't really do it justice, for the rare occasion I have to put on my suit, it will work just fine. BTW, my current suit came from another Goodwill in the Austin area, custom suit that normally would be over $1000, got myself a bespoke fitted suit for around $30. Never know what you'll find.

I used to stop at this Goodwill regularly, but lately it feels like a complete waste of time and…read moregas. Their new AI pricing system is wildly out of touch with reality. I'll walk the aisles and see donated items--things they literally received for free--priced the same as, or even higher than, what you can buy brand new at a retail store or online. The whole point of a thrift store used to be finding affordable secondhand items and giving donated goods a second life. Now it feels like they're trying to squeeze every last dollar out of things that were donated by the community in the first place. I often leave empty-handed after spending time and fuel to get there, because the prices just don't make sense. If this keeps up, I'll probably stop going altogether. A thrift store should feel like a place where the community benefits--not a place where shoppers feel like they're paying boutique prices for used goods. Savers is looking better and better every day!
