I told him I would be contacting main office about his extreme behavior, he laughed, said go ahead, they wont do anything anyhow. This man needs to be fired or needs major anger management help. After being a lifelong customer (with the majority being with this agency), I have NEVER experienced this extreme incompetency and horrid behavior from agents. Do not go here unless you like to be verbally abused!!! The same day we received a letter stating we were going to be dropped by State Farm because of an insurance payout from our house being robbed in '2016 and then have roof damage from a really bad hail storm in '2020. WTF???!!! I thought that was what insurance was for?! Like a good neighbor State Farm is NOT ON YOUR SIDE!!! State Farm after 30 years and no problems was great. 2 problems in 5 years and they drop you. Not what my family and I expected in a good insurance company. Very disappointed and hurt.
