I hired this attorney in May 2025 and paid in full to handle my divorce. What should have been a…read morestraightforward process dragged on for nearly a year with no resolution. During that time, both the attorney and his assistant repeatedly told me the delay was due to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services needing to sign off. I later discovered that DHS had already filed documentation back in May 2025 stating they were not involved in my case at all. After months of being given the same explanation and seeing no progress, I terminated his services in April 2026. The very next day, I personally took the order to the judge--and it was signed immediately. This experience was extremely frustrating. I felt misled about the status of my case for nearly a year, and it appears the delay was not due to the reason I was repeatedly given. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this attorney to ask detailed questions, document everything, and stay actively involved in their case.

His insurance paid out but I guess the other party was not satisfied with the insurance pay out. The statute ran out in August 2024. My step father received a summons today that was filed in the courts August of 2024, but was not served to him until today Feb 2025. My step father is in poor health. Stress makes it worse. I hope what this attorney did was inside the limits of the law. I guess we'll find out. Either way, it's shady practice and I will tell everyone I know not to use this "practice".

She checks all the boxes for what I'm looking for, which is great! But if you're like me, safe but trying to just hold yourself together until you get yourself help--don't expect anything from this place. It doesn't have to do with a wait list or anything, just the fact that nobody has ever answered the phone. When the voicemail greeting plays, it states that they answer and return calls between 9-5 and to leave a brief message with a call back number. I left 4 within a week time period, and have yet to get a call back. I've even sent an email, with no response. Is this even a real business?? Does anyone even go here?? The lack of service and care is highly unprofessional and quite shocking considering this is a profession that runs off of "care and concern". Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere if you're really needing someplace in the next 3 months or sooner.
