The potrait studio was the reason for our visit. While being completely empty, the photographer seemed to be in a bit of a hurry to more from pose to pose. She did get one shot that was perfect, so I guess I shouldn't complain. The guy who showed me the pictures had a sales pitch for EVERY photo, and enhanced photo there was. With antsy children, I would have preferred he let me just look at the images. His sales pitches took longer than the actual photo shoot. If you don't come armed with a coupon, groupon, or living social deal, be prepared to pay a pretty penny. Unlike some other studios, one must return in 2 weeks for one's prints. The prints seem to be of higher quality than the ones from the instant print places. The wait is worth having images where the colors hold true. I would, and plan to use the studio's services again. As to the rest of the JC Penny. Their "door buster" deals were great. Regular priced merchandise was a bit pricy. This location is only one story. They try to cram a lot in the space they have. Some areas were cramped.
