What a dump. Store is nasty and the staff cannot be bothered. Never waste your time at this sore!

I wish they would hold dresses. Or be able to put a down payment on a dress. I found the perfect…read moredress for senior prom and i begged them to hold it for a week until i got paid. i was coming back for it. Not only did they say they would not hold it, but they were also very rude about it. At least the girl i spoke to over the phone.

If I could rate this store zero I would. We had been a few times and had minor issues with the…read moreowner being pushy and making comments that didn't land properly. I was gracious brushing it off as a communication issue. Our most recent trip was awful. Owner was again very pushy about what dresses my girls should or shouldn't try on and the inventory selection was the same as every time we had come in during the last 3 years. We selected our 6 dresses and went to try them on. We were the ONLY people in the store the entire time we were there. The owner kept making comments about my daughter's size like "no that's for smaller girls", "she is very wide isn't she", "all my dresses are just cut so small", and "well I don't carry plus sizes". My daughters are not overweight girls and I do know the same size will fit differently with different styles/companies. She also just opened the curtain and walked in on my 7 year old changing who my mother was already helping. I went to swap a size for a better fit and she tells me only 6 allowed and we had maxed out 6 dresses out. None of our other trips had been limited AND the store had been busy. I'll say again it was ONLY my 2 daughters in the store and several hours before she closed. She then starts back to saying things like we don't understand it's only 6 total and there are sizes for my girls all her dresses are 'cut so small' 'no plus sizes' 'she so wide that one'. Thank goodness my girls had walked away and didn't hear the very rude and inappropriate comments. I purchased the 2 dresses my girls had picked for their event this weekend due to limited time but I will NEVER bring my business back nor will I ever recommend this store. It's not worth the hassle and rudeness for that limited selection and price with a no return or exchange policy.

This is a great store to have nearby. Polo is an iconic brand that has stood the test of time far…read morebetter than some of the others have in my opinion. They have done better at remaining a crave-able product than companies like Guess, Hilfiger, Abercrombie, Calvin Klein, Fila, Nautica, etc. these brands seem to fade away and the some resurge, but Ralph Lauren remains relevant at all times in my opinion. The crew working here are down to earth, nice people, that are actually willing to help! I am always being asked if I can be helped. Growing up, Polo Green cologne was the holy water of teenage boys. I would have done anything to be able to convince my parents to buy it for me. The clothes were something that wasn't even a possibility for our apparent broke asses. I could not even fathom ever wearing a Polo garment. But.... Maybe for Christmas I could get a tiny bottle of that stuff. Hell, honestly, it would have been awesome for them to buy me anything that was brand name for that matter. They did not believe in nice things, good food, fun, or anything else enjoyable really. Maybe that is why I am like I am. LOL, sorry, I digress... Now I am older and I have my own money I still struggle mentally with buying expensive clothes. I don't know if it's the childhood trauma or just being frugal, but buying this stuff in an Outlet Mall environment is my jam. It reduces the anxiety and lets me be mentally free to spend my money!!! I will still never buy a $300 sweater though! '25 - 76/111
