After I got it home and took it out to try on with accessories and shoes I realized that they had not removed the security tag. I called the first day and explain the situation as I lived 200 miles away, 400 mi round trip. I was told to take a big magnet and try and get the security tag to release. After utilizing several big magnets with no success I called back the next day. I was then instructed to take it to one of our local stores and see if they could get it removed. A shout out to TJ Maxx as they tried diligently to get the tag to remove. Unfortunately that was also unsuccessful. I called back a third day and explain the situation. I have left my contact information each time I called for one of the managers to call me and see what my options are. I have yet to receive a call 4 days later. I need the dress for next week. I finally called the online customer service. I had to repurchase the dress and have it express shipped to me, they did cover the express shipping. I also have to box up the current dress and ship it back to the Macy's store in Fargo. All of this has been very time-consuming and I've wasted lunch hours trying to clear this up. I find it very disappointing that no one could call me back from the local store. At this point you think they could have given me a little bit of a discount but nothing at all.

Why? Because I told the girl who interviewed me that I only wore skirts or dresses due to my morals and beliefs. I do not wear jeans. We found it to be jam packed and vibrant with a busy food court and over 100 stores and attractions. You won't find any escalators or elevators inside, because it's a one-story mall. After we walked into the main entrance, we were greeted by a huge ceramic fireplace that must come in very handy on those cold North Dakota days and nights. One interesting thing I never saw before was a "Build A Bear" kiosk in the middle of the mall, and not inside a traditional mall store. The mall houses the Roger Maris Museum, a wonderful exhibit dedicated to its hometown baseball hero. We picked up coffee, a chai, and an iced tea and strolled around enjoying the sights. On the way out, we hit the very congested food court and took a Poke bowl from Ginza Ramen and Poke back to our hotel to share. It was wonderful seeing how "alive" this big mall was, in defiance of the downward spiraling of so many other malls.

Fashionable without a ton of older fashions. Nice male section for my partner and I believe they are just growing. The manager was incredibly nice and I didn't feel judged or anything. No one followed us around and just checked in every once in a while to make sure that we were okay. Going to go in again.
