The store is kept in a fair condition, in terms of inventory and general floor space. The bathroom is well from my visits as well, not in a terrible state. They have a lot of great household options in the back of the store too, including a lot of great wall art. Overall this store is a great store and worth the stop if you're a fan off what they offer.

The associates are really friendly and courteous and will actually check on you to make sure you don't need help with anything. The shelves are well stocked, and there's always something on clearance for those savvy shoppers out there. The lines are never too long as they have more than one cash register open. This is a great Old Navy location and I recommend it!

Shopped here at the Goldsboro store for the first time on October 6, 2020. The store was very…read moreclean, well-lit and had some good sales. I picked up some bath towels and mats for my new house, but didn't have as much time to look around as I would have liked because the store was closing at 8 pm! I've worked for JC Penney in two different states, shop the chain regularly across the country, and this is the first Penney's I've ever seen that closed at 8 pm on a weekday!! Every other store closed at 9 (and some in Texas stay open until midnight during the Christmas shopping season! It was quite disappointing. Still, it's nice to have one in my new city and I will certainly be back.
