My hair turned out so bad that I called out of work the following day out of pure embarrassment! It's so over processed and damaged I'm going to have to spend more money on treatments before I can even pay another stylist to fix my hair. I went back to salon following day to request full refund as I paid 330. They refused insisting another stylist fix it the following day. When I stated my hair can't tolerate more chemicals because of her negligence in over processing she offered a free conditioning.. it's SCARY THAT THE SALON MANAGER IS SO ILL TRAINED AND EDUCATED THAT SHE WOULD ATTEMPT TO CONVINCE ME IT WAS SAFE TO RE HIGHLIGHT MY HAIR 24 hours after it was already super over processed!! Merced Target just might be the smallest Target store I have been to. Just looking at it from the outside, it looked small. I had a pick up order, but I also had to run in and get a few more things during my short stay here. I made my in-store purchase first, then proceeded to the pick-up counter for my online order. There was a girl behind the counter, and she was busy sticking the mini fridge with drinks. I made noise a few times to alert her that I was standing there. She ignored me and went about continuing to stock the little refrigerator. I wondered how tf long she would let me stand there, so I didn't say anything. There was another employee next to her on the guest service side. She didn't say anything, either. I was never acknowledged. My friend had just finished paying for her things and walked over. I whispered to her that I'd been waiting a while. She did the "Excuse me, we're here to pick up?" and the girl finally said, "I'll be right with you." Smh. It's whatever. I got my things, but that's not the best customer service I've had. I still wonder how much longer I would have waited had my friend kept quiet. Apparently the Target in Atwater (next city over) is the place to be. I may end up there if I have to do another pick up. If I'm in a punch and end up here again, I'll have to see how quick they are with their drive-up service.

I see fellow customers tossing items onto the floor and not picking them up. I see trash everywhere left by people and it sickens me how their is no respect for this establishment. I asked two employees and was advised to ask someone else in a higher position in the chain of commands. I asked her whether they had Micro USB's and her and was not aware what that was. In the end, I decided to not make any purchases but I have seen other employees provide incorrect information when it comes to technology. Thus, it is not the first time they seem to provide wrong or incorrect information. Although I found the Micro USB's I decided to not buy because it seemed like they did not wanted to make the sale by otherwise indicating me its location. I pulled up and got out of my car, and the employee working in the receiving area immediately told me rudely to get back in my car and put my items away, saying they only help one person at a time. The tone and delivery were unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional, especially considering I was trying to do something positive by donating. I was spoken to as if I had done something wrong, when a simple explanation of the process would have sufficed. Because of this interaction, I chose to leave and will be taking my donations elsewhere.

I've also had someone make an exception for me when a big ticket item had gone on sale and it was past the 30 day mark...I explained that I could technically return the large item and buy it again at the new price and that it'd be easiest for both of us if I didn't have to do that. She agreed and let me do it as an exception which I deeply appreciated. I've had great experiences with the cashiers and self checkout folks as well. Genuinely some good people work at Costco. I also want to call out other reviewers who've called the workers "stupid"...give constructive feedback or keep it to yourself. Just because you don't have a good experience, doesn't give you the right to demean another human being.
