I reached out a second time and was met with rudeness and that wasn't the first time, owner had been condescending in person in the past as well. He told me no other company would be working past 5:30. lol A highly professional, polite, knowledgeable and reasonable irrigation company came and actually fixed 10 heads that weren't even running last year due to him and it was a 6:00pm appointment. Owner wants to cut corners because he's not local he doesn't want to travel to your house. Save yourself the hassle and contact a real company!

However, once in a while ---you are lucky enough to come across a person who takes pride in his work and knows his business. I used to deal with another major sprinkler business in the Albany, NY area. However, I was still having issues which the other company did not fix. I called H2 Mow Lawn and Sprinkler. Bruce, the owner, came out on a Sunday morning personally to fix my problems and make repairs. He went above and beyond. Thank you Bruce !!! If you try them once, believe me, you will see the difference. It takes someone with technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and fix things---especially irrigation.

Mike called a week or so later to say the crew would be here at 8 am the next day. Crew was on time. Completed the job which was removing the asphalt at the at the top of the driveway and replacing it. It looked great and they also edged the lawn where the driveway was replaced. They roped off the driveway so no one would drive on it. Next day it is pouring rain, and my garage floor is dry!!! Could not be more satisfied with the job.

Clark Meyers has unusual business…read morepractices like, the owner (husband) driving to customer's houses to collect money, owner (wife) talking cryptically when asked paving questions, owners not returning many phone calls, owner telling me not to pay son because he pockets the money, owner deciding not to do 2nd half of job because of a small dispute over what they did during the 1st half of the work. The paving has 1 depression where water pools. Paving was not compacted on 10' of one edge. Grass & weeds are growing through the paving after 6 months. I had to sue Clark Myers to force them to finish the job. At this point, they did everything up to the actual paving. As soon as they received the paperwork from the Scotia Town Court, their lawyer contacted me. If I withdraw the lawsuit, Clark Myer will finish the job.

They send a flyer out in the mail early each season with an estimate. If you respond promptly enough they will honor that price and it has been less than what others quote. They take care to blow off any debris and weed wack the edges before applying the sealer. The driveway looks fantastic once it's done and does hold up for the 2 years.
