After being treated extremely poorly by the vet tech, the clinic did nothing but defend their employee. The staff was very nice but Dr Maddie got mad at us because we couldn't feed Teddy's meals 12 hrs apart. We have another dog and she couldn't go 12 hrs so we couldn't string Teddy out that far either. Dr Maddie dismissed us from her practice because of that. She never showed true compassion for him. She told us to go to Skalkaho and I told her it was too far so she recommended Burnt Fork in Stevi. Thank God. They are so kind, compassionate and caring. When I brought a Teddy in for the last time several girls ran out to my car to help me bring him inside. I don't know what I would've done without them. When I tried to address some of these issues directly through private message with one of the techs I was accused of trying to start a "pissing match" and complaining and causing "problems instead of discussing things like an adult." I brought over 3 dogs for reproductive services from out of town and have been charged for services she never performed, was kept in the dark regarding my dogs care (even post operative), was not informed of test results I needed to consult with another vet, phone calls were ignored or not returned, and I was flat out lied to when I tried to verify that a $1200 cryo tank that had shipped in from a vet in Colorado had been returned. In the 8 days my dogs were under her care I was allowed to chat with her twice. Appalling client service and one of my females developed serious complications from a rather easy to perform surgical insemination procedure. I have never given a vet a bad review before...until now.
