Walk you through the process on what to exspect and what will happen. Befire you pay the money they will let you know what the process is what you need to get ready so while you are paying on it you can get everything together. There is alot to get, past bills IRS, IDR, credit cards, leins everything. Your pay stubs your bank statements amd so on. After you pay then you can proceed getting it all locked in. They finally filed her case with the court after saying another lawyer (her daughter) would take the case. Once the case was filed with the court they called my cousin to tell them that they can no longer represent her due to a conflict. Mind you at this point they have already take 2k from their money. She was finally able to get the rest of her money back minus the 2k. Come to find out from other lawyers this is common, and she will refuse to take a case that will go to trail. So dont bother taking a high conflict custody battle to this woman. She will leave you high and dry while setting you up for failure. Thanks to her actions her ex husband has done nothing but stalk her and cause problems between her and the child. Because he now knows she was going to take him to court. Shame on you!

We've had a death certificate going on two months now, told we needed to re-sign the paperwork we already signed, and she lost/misplaced the copies of the kids birth certificates.
