The receptionists, nurses, assistants and Dr Chinonis are all very friendly and skilled. I get great service every time and leave happy. They have all the most modern equipment. The whole staff is female. I'm happy I switched to Dr Chinonis and will continue going here, as it's a pleasure doing business with them.

She was in horid oain the next day. Dr. Parkd filed on her tooth and said lets see how that works. He will ignore all your charts and paperwork as he repeatedly asks the same questions he should already know the answer to. He doesn't care or believe about the pain you're in, even when they cause it during a procedure, because they didn't numb you enough even after being warned. He will partially diagnose a problem, then refuse to give you any medication for it or any for the discomfort they have caused beyond a two-day supply because he's too lazy to file a report. If you need proper care that goes beyond basic needs, find somewhere else. Because this dentist lacks the proper experience and compassion for his clients and is not sure how this guy has a license when he's performing dental negligence, it's a shame when the dental assistant is more professional and knowledgeable than the actual dentist who's been scraping by for the past 30 years.

She went to check and when she came back she said they had another lady with the same name already in the chair. She checked to see whose appointment it was and it was, indeed mine. Then she preceded to tell me I'd have to reschedule. I felt they should have stayed late and taken me after the other woman, after all it was their fault. Just exactly how they did that when they call the day before, sounds fishy to me. The second time was in March of this year (2026). I need some new teeth and he had me make an appointment back in January and gave me a price. We worked out a payment plan and I came back on my scheduled day . They took the scans and everything seemed fine until I got to the desk and asked how much for my first payment. The girl looked up and to my surprise she said they weren't taking payments. I explained we had worked out a payment plan.They know me well so I asked why she didn't call me and she said they didn't know until that morning that they weren't taking payments anymore.I told her I couldn't hand over the half down so it was a no go. I was upset to say the least. After I got home I realized I didn't tell them not to send in the scans so I called them. After telling her to tell the dentist not to send in the scans I asked her if I could ask her a question and she said "yes". I asked her again why she didn't call me before my appointment and she said " we didn't know until right before you came in". I didn't say anything but I was just thinking , "get your story straight" .

But I could tell from my daughters first appt that we have finally found a practice we can stay with. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the waiting room and the efficiency and level of care my daughter received. She had some anxiety from a bad experience at a previous dentist and was immediately put at ease here. She left with a smile on her face. I was back last week with my other daughter and again same scenario. I was impressed with the entire office and experience. The hygienist was wonderful with my daughter and I really liked Dr Brad and the amount of time he took answering questions we had especially since it was a little more of orthodontics questions than dental since my daughter was switched from braces to Invisalign recently. However he was happy to answer any questions because he said his main concern was my daughter having the best smile possible. That says a lot to me when a dr will take extra time and not make you feel rushed or like you are bothering them. It was important to me to find a practice that is family run and so I am very happy to find that with Drs Burau! I would recommend Drs Burau to anyone I know looking for a great dental experience. I cannot imagine them being disappointed. I feel we have FINALLY found our family practice that we can be with for many years to come!!
