He has to be one of, if not tbe rudest medical professional ( I use that term loosely) that I ever met. I brought someone with me for support on my last appointment and he spent a good portion of my time talking about how big my friend was and the fact that he didnt have a scale in the office strong enough to weight him. He actually suggested both us join the biggest loser so we can be famous. All of my experiences in this office have been embarrassing or frustrating, if you do decide to try this doctor I hope you have a better experience than me. Good luck!

So, I made an appointment and visited Dr. Martin the following week. When I arrived, I found his staff to be extremely friendly. Dr. Martin ran some tests on me and confirmed that I do have allergies. I'm allergic to everything!!!! Following this, I began a shot regiment. Now, I feel great. My ears no longer feel that I'm 50 feet under water. And, no more sinus pressure as well. This doc knows his stuff!!! Oh, plus he is Chief of Allergy & Immunology at Lankenau Hospital with 37 years of experience. If I could offer him six stars, he surely deserves it.

This doctor overall is a great doctor been going to him since 2012 and he is very understanding…read morewhen it comes to listening to patients. the staff working there as well is great as well. The only thing I can add to the experience that made me give a overall rating of 2 is that I had a issue with a bill sent to me that was for a appt in march 2016 and I got a bill in july and told them about it. The medical assistant Kavetta (spelled it the best i can) that work there told me bring the bill in so they can work in it. I brought the bill in late aug or early sept for them to fix the issue. A month went by and the issue still not fixed. I called and told Kavetta again she said bring in the new bill again which i did the issue still was not resolved. Next I got a bill saying it will go to collections so if it is not paid. so i told them again and told me the same thing bring the bill in and i explained to them it will got to collections soon so can you please work on it that was on nov 7th I have the paper with the date stamped showing they received it. so i called on nov 11 and asked if they worked on the bill and did they get a person name they spoke to so i can have it just in case and Kavetta said they were very busy so they didn't have time to call, I then told her i will check up on it again on mon nov 14th. So i called on nov 14th to ask Kavetta if she worked on it and she said someone told her it is in collections and they can't work on it because it said LCA collections on top of the paper and call the collections company to handle the issue . I told her it is not in collections just say that on the paper that is why i am bothering you often now I don't want it to go to collections. I then explained to her i am getting frustrated because this issue need to be fixed and said I been calm for the longest and haven't cursed or nothing but we are not getting nowhere on this issue I need it resolved. While i was speaking she said i don't have time for your raising your voice and hung up on me mind you I didn't raise my voice. she also said you can find another doctor if you want you don't have to come here come sign your release forms and go somewhere else before she hung up. I then called back and said why you hung up she said i have kids older then you and you don't speak to me like that and she hung up again on me. I then got a call on my way to get my release forms signed and she left a vociemail saying it has been resolved that was less than 10 mins later. I then went to say I would like to get my release forms so i can sign it and they said i have to wait a month for it. The the staff is great but if I had one issue only in 4 years of being there and get that kind of treatment from the same person (kavetta) that treats me and draw my blood and ete for the doctor. I wouldn't feel safe going back because she didn't understand my concern which is 3 months it is going on now and then treat me like i have been there one time and getting frustrated after months of trying to resolve the issue. so to be safe i will leave this doctor and find a new one because i do not need a medical assistant touching me or being around me that is not understanding of my concern which is ongoing and I was being professional throughout the entire process. it is still customer service at the end of the day also and she made a choice for the doctor to lose a patient
