All have been to the highest quality and delivered and installed at no extra cost. They are not as competitively priced as e.g. Argos, but for their range and customer service they are well worth any extra cost. Also with e.g. Argos you might have to wait a long time to get your electrical equipment delivered whereas Electrocare have always delivered my items within a week at a time that suited me.

Eric and Pam at New Way Cleaners have been there forever and if you want something cleaning this is…read morethe place to take it. they clean and press whatever you throw at them, curtains, quilts,bedsreads etc, so when you are doing your spring cleaning give them a call. they will also wash and press for you so when you have a busy time it may be worth taking everything to new Way and getting them to sort it out.. Parking is not great around here but I tend to just pull onto the pavement outside and I have never had a problem. Don,t leave it too long though as the wardens do operate around here

That is why I am so besotted with cobblers and places like this - Jones Shoe and Boot Repairs. If you live in the area or have some form of manual skill related emergency whilst in the area, Jones is you best bet. They do key cutting, engraving and shoe repairs all to the highest standard. Jones also will not shy away from properly shorting out boots for you too, as some cobblers tend to do. I also really like the little puppet type man that they STILL have in their little window. I wonder how long he has been performing his menial yet essential task for the people of Glossop?
