They wouldnt even let me accompany my grandma for her appointment and she's elderly and has been seeing this doctor for years she even brought our entire family to him and they still support the doctors office today. shame on the receptionist that's all!

Kia made the…read moreprocess smooth and amazing -- I spoke to her on the phone and was able to make an appointment for a little over 12 hours away (the next day), which was a huge relief for my pain levels. I was able to supply information over the phone and fill in the necessary forms online to submit. When I arrived at the office the next day, there was ample parking available in the parking lot. Navigating the building was a little confusing until I found the directory on the first floor and was able to take the elevator up to the third floor where their office is. I was immediately greeted and signed in, and they had me fill in the intake paperwork. My appointment was for noon, I arrived at 11:50am and the wait was quick. The waiting room was brightly lit and clean, and all of the staff was friendly. I was taken back to the doctor's office and he examined my foot and explained what was going to happen. After signing the consent form for the anesthetic, I was given four shots to numb my toe and my ingrown toenail was taken care of without any pain. I was given a kit for the aftercare and clear instructions on how to take care of it myself at home. All in all, I was there for less than an hour for the entire process, and have a follow-up appointment scheduled. Highly recommend this office! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgable, the doctor was communicative, comprehensive, and skilled with his care, and the facility itself is great. Looking forward to coming back here!
