The worst. Long waits, distracted doctor, huge bill, no lab results. I had a very small growth on…read morethe top of my toe. $1,000 bill from this doctor & lab and the growth is still there and he has no diagnosis or suggested treatment. "the sample was too small or was mixed up by my staff for the lab to process." After my temperature, weight, and blood pressure was taken, I waited for over 30 minutes for the doctor. And that was after waiting in his waiting room. He insisted upon taking a sample of the growth to send to the lab before doing anything to treat the growth. He took very small clippings of my big toe nails to send to the lab also. We scheduled a teleconference to discuss the lab results I received the call from his office later than the appointment time and was asked to hold for the doctor. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I hung up. He called me back an hour later. The samples were too small, he wanted more samples. He seemed to be confused about the situation. I decided not to go back. I just received the bill and I called the office asking the doctor to call me. He has returned my phone call. Yes, I'm definitely not going back and I do not recommend this doctor.

The physicians there recommended Dr. Weber for follow up care. He and his staff could not have been more professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I don't recommend injuring your big toe like that.
