I'm so torn between loving these guys and hating them. When it comes time to build a socket or receive your prosthetic nothing but delays and no communication from them. When you have your prosthetic or preparing for one they are on the ball and when you are there they are friendly and kind and extremely helpful I enjoy my time there but absolutely hate trying to make appointments and to move forward with socket building the only plus side is I at least have a leg this time read more

I have had excellent results with my visits. I'm sorry others had a bad experience but mine was very professional and caring.

Don't go here!!! Lived my life with my dad having his leg amputated when I was 3, he always had his above the knee prosthetic made at Hangar Company no problems!!! My sister in law has been waiting since at least since Sept 2, 2021 it's now December 10, 2021 still hasn't gotten her prosthetic as she gets weaker and weaker. Had several fittings but no leg!!! I was referred to this office by my ortho doc to get partial inserts in my shoes so that my step would be altered and hopefully help me knees. These folks were most helpful and courteous and by the way, the inserts worked as I am now a couple years out from my ordeal and have avoided knee replacement surgery, for now, which helped me get to Medicare. This company is very shady. They gave me a broken leg brace that I didn't want while I was drugged up in the hospital after getting hit by a car. They wouldn't take payment from the car insurance of the guy who hit me or the hospital and refused to let me return it. I will be disputing the charge when they send it to collections. Even the owner of the company was rude. read more
