I felt very rushed and pressured the whole time I was there. There was absolutely no way this woman…read morewas letting us out of there without spending at least a hundred dollars...and that was only for one set of inserts.She hit me with everything from "you deserve this" to almost being downright rude when I stated I wanted to think it over with my husband, especially after finding out that the whole "package" was well over three hundred dollars. Walking back and forth in three sets of inserts in 5 minutes does not gurantee your feet will be better....but the lady certainly tried to push it. I don't know why she took the foot "imprint", nothing was explained to me about my feet, or any reason given for the imprint. I did end up getting one set of inserts for 100$. And they have been helping, but it was seriously worse than trying to walk away from a used car salesman. I felt cornered and pressured, and just wanted out of there.

He was not informed of the final sale policy when he purchased. He returned to to the store 3 weeks after purchase to let them know that the inserts only progressed his pain. It was at this time was told there is no refund available. The store gave him a new insert and told him it would be better after 2 weeks. His pain never got better. Money, time and energy was wasted on this poor experience. It is hard to even give this store and experience even 1 star.
