But going inside is something totally amazing. There is sooo much to look at & it's very well arranged. Not your typical consignment store, but very well displayed. Staff are great & helpful, a Mom & daughter team. Elaine (Mom) also perform chalk paint miracles bringing old furniture back to life. You could go several times & still see things you didn't before. Consignors bring different items all the time. Prices are good & will work with you, even have layaway. Both stores across from each other are a good experience to go & shop & visit. I know this store is legit because (1) it's their favorite antique store and (2) this store appeals to even me. Imagine the buyer and visual merchandiser of an Anthropologie store left the retailer and started collecting things in their own private shop. This shop would be their creation. The layout feels intentional and thoughtful (important for a non-digger like me) while still providing some of those hidden treasure-type moments for those that like to dig through the old junk (my in-laws). Thomasville is a fun place to visit for the day, and this shop simply has to be on your list.

Mr Paul, the owner, is informative and passionate about everything in the store. I asked him where he gets his items, at estate sales?
