That is why he lost his license to practice Law, he does not care about his clients he only cares about getting your $$ and never following through on any of his promises!!! I have been asking him for a statement and receipt for a cash payment of $12,500.00 cash we gave him to defend my husband, which he did a horrible job of that, gave nothing but excuses, he costed my husband a month of his life, but John did not mind taking our Hard earned $12,500.00. John Snyder also lost his license for 3 years for doing a bad job for another lady as well, skipped court dates, but John took her $$ and did not do his job!! John Snyder does not deserve to deal with anyone in Public!!! he is a Liar!!! I have Pictures of all I claim!! John Snyder has been promising me a statement since court 11-2019, through Dec. 8th, 2020, still John has not given me a receipt!!! ALL John Gave us was the run around!!!

I engaged the bar and realized he had lost his license to practice. I was patient for years, figuring he had suffered much personal loss through his actions, but I have faith that even people that make mistakes sometimes try to change. He paid a little after requesting I remove a negative Google review, which I did, and he placed a little cash in our mailbox. Continued to remind him of his debt and received lots of empty promises. The bar closed the grievance I had opened in 2023 and suggested that they are only an advocate and were sorry I could not reach an agreement with Mr. Snyder. I did reach an agreement. He just never repaid the money. They suggested I sue him, what he owed me was not nearly what I'm sure he owed the people that did fight and got his license revoked. I'm not one to throw good money after bad. When the bar tells you, hire a lawyer to fight the lawyer, we know they have lost any purposeful use also. Not sure if he has gotten his license back, but he has started another business called Prospering Solutions. I'm sure he will prosper. I hope he goes back and makes good on all the promises he made others that he has not fulfilled. Be aware of the name John Snyder....or Prospering Solutions....for any work. I'll remove this if possible, or update, IF I receive payment!!

I had…read moreprepared and paid my taxes correctly each year, but the tax service I used for 4 years did not file them properly. Instead of penalizing my tax service, the IRS penalized me, even though I filed and paid my taxes every year. Originally, I considered hiring a Tax Resolution Service to represent me. But, after reading reviews for those companies, it appeared to me that many of their clients were simply trying to reduce their tax debt. In my case, I had done everything right, and I did not want to be labeled or looked at as someone who was just wanting to have their taxes reduced. I wanted the fines eliminated!!! At first, I tried to explain my situation on my own to the IRS. They denied my request the first time to eliminate my fines, as they said that even though I used a tax service to prepare my taxes, the results were still my responsibility. Finally, I hired this law firm to represent me in an appeal. I have no idea how you explained the situation better than I did, but I just received letters from the Internal Revenue Service stating that my account for those years was settled and paid in full. Thank you!!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!! I was facing around $15,000.00 in fines, and those fines were settled with the work you did representing me.
