On Monday, June 24th, 2024 I contacted David to confirm my weekly Shopping trip to Publix. David advised me he was pretty much booked up, and only had a small window on Friday, June 28th, 2024, when I asked David if that was all he had open, he told me I " So now has come the time that you will need to find other transportation I'm done. Your Snarky comment. has broken the camels back. Good luck I'm done". Note: I have used David's services for a couple of years and just recently as of April 19 th, 2024 , when my wife walked out the door, intending on filing divorce, is the time that I started using David service on a weekly basis. Note: I am a 48 year veteran police officer/police detective, who is suffering from a rare blood disease along with other medical issues that I caught after receiving the Moderna Vaccine, which forced me to stop driving, along with other physical activities, because of my immune systems complications. I immediately apologized and asked him for another chance on numerous times during that day and other days. Since then I've been diagnosed with cancer of the prostate, and asked David to reconsider, which is refused to do. This is no way to treat a 48 year police officer./police detective veteran who needs to depend on his services. Now without his services, I have to depend on friends and Colleagues to take me to Publix to do my weekly grocery shopping. In addition, this is no way to treat a client who has been dependent on his services over several years. I am warning any customer who may use his services, not to have a snarky attitude when they try to make a reservation and/ or book travel with this company.
