I spoke with David and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about minor details that I made a reservation. David showed up on time with a clean car and a smile on his face. My wife said later that the back of the van was so clean that she did not want to put her suitcase in and she's a neat freak. The ride was smooth and uneventful as David is a lifelong professional driver. While we were in NYC hurricane Dorian closed in on Florida and it looked like our return trip might be cancelled. David initiated contact with us via text letting us know what the conditions were looking like at the airline and also the airport which were very helpful in deciding if we wanted to stay or return home. This help was not something that I expected but David has an old school idea of what customer service should be. When we arrived at PBI and called David he appeared at the curb within two minutes with the same clean car and the same smile on his face. David, The owner of this amazing business was very accommodating to myself and my child. He helped with bags no problem, he strapped her seat in, busied her with her favorite colors of candies, talked to her. He is just an all around kind hearted, professional guy. I've shuttles with his company a total of 3x in under 4 days, with my 3 year old! The vehicle is immaculate, his driving skills are beyond acceptable. With 12 of us traveling to Port of Miami, this shuttle service over exceeded our expectations! We would have used multiple vehicles to transport us, and with gas and parking, would have been a tremendous expense. I used Prestige Shuttle Service for roundtrip airport transfers from Stuart, FL to Miami, FL International Airport when I traveled to Europe this past month. Great, professional and organized car company. I got into Palm Beach at midnight and they took me 90 minutes to Vero Beach.
