I decided to make one more call to Roberts Mechanical and Electrical Inc. Didn't know anything about them. A very kind women answered the phone and when I made my inquiry, she promptly connected me with Tom. Tom was concerned about my predicament and informed me that he was in his Santa Rosa office and offered to quickly call and see if his supplier could get one to me by the next day. He called back right away to inform me that he could get one to me the very next day, quoted a price and said that since he had to temporarily pull his crew out of Ukiah (due to the storm) to help in Sonoma County, I would have to drive to Cloverdale to pick it up at the technician's residence and would this be O.K? We agreed. He took down my name and address and said that he would send me an invoice. I am very, very happy. His technician called as promised, we picked up the part, and the house is warm. Wow!
