Thanks to Hernandez Electric, my heating system woes of a full 12 months duration that gave me only intermittent heat in my house have ended. In January 2022, Reliance Enterprises HVAC tech responded to the problem and replaced the mother board for over $800, but the problem continued intermittently until I was without heat most of the time between October and January '23. Lee at Reliance would not respond to my frequent calls about the on-going problem despite the costly "fix." The one time he finally did call me back, he said, "I just don't think I want to come back to work on your oddball system." My system was six years old--a Bryant, standard in the industry, and anything but oddball. My electrician Trino Hernandez saw my post of woe on Fb and called me the next day. On that late afternoon after they had all worked a full day, Trino showed up with his team member Eric, and Manuel (Manny) Lopez of Next Generation Heating and Cooling. Manny identified the problem within minutes: a malfunctioning inducer motor. He called to order a new one in Santa Rosa, drove down early the next morning to pick it up, and installed it for me in less than a half hour. All my gratitude to Hernandez Electric and Next Generation Heating and Cooling, and my warning to anyone considering a call to Reliance Enterprises. I needed my house rewired as it was not grounded and had three different generations of wire in use. It was not up to code. The guys from Hernandez Electric spent 5 days from 8-3:30 working and replacing the wiring. They took a fifteen minute break and a half hour lunch and otherwise were working the entire time. My house is now up to code. The guys that came wore masks the entire time that they were here, were polite cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day.
