"My concern is the daily update with pictures and video from on scene investigators. As it turns out this was not part of a full investigation as indicated. Assets were not mentioned as they were not part of a full investigation. They did provide an NBI report, I think. I did not see an investigation report from NBI. I just got a message stating the nothing was found. The birth certificate of the person was accessed. as they did provide where the person was born, when they were born and who were the parents. The local surveillance information provided was a simple 15 min google search. The pictures provided were a google maps screen shot. They cannot access global information digitally. She had been married in Malasia and had two kids in Malasia there was no mention of children. Even they are all repatriated to the Philippines now. She was living in the US for 2 years. They did not mention that. I even gave that info to them at the start. I wander why there is a higher price for areas outside metro manila if local assets are not deployed. I paid there rate of $900 plus USD, for being outside metro manila. It was in Cebu city. They advertise they have local rates. 50 thousand pesos can buy quite a lot in Cebu.I am reasonable, I don't ask for assets to be deployed in other countries. I did expect that a reputable detection agency would have assets in Cebu city and be accustomed to detecting a digital trail of a Filipino citizen in other countries. After I wrote a bad review, they sent me a quick report witch mostly I could have put together in 15 minutes with a google search. I did actually. But then, I would have had to make the proper format. They did also advertise a 24/7 service. Sometimes it would take an entire day to reply to a simple message. They told me they start 4 to 6 hours after they receive payment. It was more like 2 to 3 days to get a case manager assigned. To this day I don't know what the person did. "The most reliable and trusted investigators in the Philippines." I personally don't think that is a true statement. I do hope this helps others. I will hire another company to do the investigation. This really was not so helpful. I just misunderstood and did not ask enough questions. And will take it as what it is. I just wanted to add that the report they charged me for was attached e-mail link and was deleted the next day after the review. $1000 plus time for absolutely nothing. read more
