Staff very polite and attentive. Prices were more expensive than I thought the job woud be but you get quality. Also you were not forced or pressured to accept the highest price as options provided, at a least expensive levels to consider. More than once they said this might fit into your budget as if they were on your side and I felt they were. They were helpful every step of the way. YOu might not go with them for your project but if not you may have gone with a less quality outfit.

I was able to talk to one of the managers on the phone for a special order, and he gave me a great deal on prices for the printing services that I needed. I took in my design on a USB and they were really great at translating the digital into Print exactly the way I wanted it. The printing was done really fast as well, and everything was packaged really neatly for me to pick up. Since then, TPH has been my go to place for all my printing needs, and this location in particular more so than the others. The Dufferin location near Orfus road is also very good!

Only problem is that sometimes there may be poor attention to detail in the product print out. And if you bring up any issues with the difference between what you submitted and what the printed, they will talk to you like YOU are the problem. For simple jobs I have had great experiences. At other times they tried to convince me to change my order because they didn't think it was worth their time. :S Another time they lowered the paper quality without my knowledge and still charged me the same price!! *smh If you can put up with things like that for the sake of the price, then come here. Due to the size, I had to print on vinyl and that made the poster quite expensive $7/Sq ft. I paid double what I paid for a poster that was slighter smaller and printed on the highest grade paper somewhere else. My main issue was that their printer's colour range didn't match what I gave them. The poster printed out very grey and monotone compared to the vibrant colours I submitted. I would ask for a sample before printing the whole thing to ensure the colours are what you want.

I have always had a great experience here, the staff are helpful and friendly, and using the onsite computers to access the information you need to print is always easy and hassle free.
