My printing job came out to about 6000 pages, with more or less 380 separate pdf files for printing. I sent him emails and onedrive links, and voila, it was ready for courier pick-up hours after. They looked at paper qualities and sizes with him, being generous with samples and their time. The service was fast and really friendly, and the books came out great. I haven't seen other, more traditional print shop items from them, but the books are so great, and the service so friendly and helpful, that I still feel comfortable recommending them. Adfactor staff went above and beyond for me last week. I showed up very stressed out and in rush…read moreand... I had not attached the return label to my return box! It was one of those days and I just threw my arms up in defeat and told them I'd be back. Right away, they told me that the company i was returning to uses a QR code, and that I would have the code on my phone from initiating the return. Then they waited patiently and calmly while I searched my phone for the email from the company. As if taking the initiative with their suggestion was not great enough, they also explained that the QR code let them print out the label, and which they did, and then they taped it to the box for me. My stressful day was turned around by the excellent customer service at Adfactor, and I am so grateful for their consistently efficient and kind service. I cannot thank them enough.
