I loved the design and wanted to replicate them, however, I couldn't find the art files and the MPLS company was no longer in business. I found SIWT online and met up with Zach to see if he could replicate them. Not only did he replicate the original, but his design was even BETTER! (He even did some research and found the exact hat supplier!) So if you need embroidery done you must call ZACH! You won't be disappointed! SIWS is the only place to go! I never had a single phone call or e-mail that wasn't answered within half a day, most within minutes. Your team even went the extra step of offering 50% color saturation for one of the colors in order to save us some money which we opted not to do. Why should we when your printings are so competitively priced? The final product was flawlessly done exactly as we had wanted them and the quality and color saturation was just as it should be. When I went to pick up the order, it was carried out to my car for me, I believe, by the owner himself! Not surprising since his company's quality of work and excellent customer service attest to his being a hands-on and conscientious owner. He didn't feel it was right to charge me for the shoe shine since I had lost a loved one. That's a good guy.
