Unbelievable service!!! My dad is a retired Air Force Colonel currently in a short-term inpatient facility due to complications from Alzheimer's and dementia. He is always complaining that he is cold and when I visit him his clothes are missing. I had some sweatpants, a sweatshirt and a blanket to take to him. But, I wanted to make sure they would not grow legs and walk away. Not because they had significant value, but because I want my dad to be warm and comfortable. I called Stitchin' Waves today and spoke with Joyce Ann. Today is her day to close early, but she was so understanding and worked me in. She knows how these facilities are and how terrible it is to have a loved one residing in one. She was so sympathetic and easy to talk to. She thanked me for my dad's service. She literally shutdown everything she was working on to help me come up with the perfect solution to his missing clothes: the best place to embroider his name, where it would be visible, in a large font, in the perfect, most visible color, and even added "Colonel" in front, a touch I know my dad will love. The embroidery was done immediately, so I could get them to my dad this afternoon. I am so grateful for Joyce Ann's kindness, compassion and customer service. If I EVER need anything embroidered in the future, Stitchin' Waves will be my first choice. I was in search for a place to get some hats embroidered for a gift and I remember driving past the big yellow sign and decided to stop in. I was able to get the business logo and three different colored hats at a great price, but to top it off with the logo being done digitally from now on if he wants more gear all he has to do is stop in and the logo part is paid for! They copied our company logo exactly from just a scrub top I had. The quality is fabulous and the work exceeded my expectations considering the scrub top I wanted the logo on has some stretch lycra in it and that's not easy to embroider on. I am SO pleased with how it turned out and how quickly the turnaround time was. Now that our company logo is on file, we can send all of our employees there to have their scrubs done at an EXTREMELY reasonable fee. Great friendly people and excellent work...
