We talked about what I wanted to do to a bike, he offered his advice on my plans, and we came up with what was going to be an awesome motorcycle. I found the bike I wanted, bought it, commissioned some work, and the work was unparalleled in craftsmanship and quality! Unfortunately before it could be finished, a man caused me to wreck my beautiful machine. As I laid there on the asphalt with my arm shattered, I called my Dad to tell him I'd had a wreck. 5 minutes after talking with my Dad, Hank Thibodeau was at my side checking on me! That is something that I will never forget and goes well beyond customer service...that's what a friend would do! Long story short, the bike was totaled, my arm required a couple of surgeries, and the court settlement took almost 18 months to get; but I finally got a new bike in August and it is at Widowmaker Custom right now getting some work done! Not a fan of dealer pricing. I did a search and The Mobile Cycle Shop came up. I reached out to Mike and he informed me of some openings he had coming up. By coming up, I mean within a day! We set a time and he ran me through his pricing. It seemed pretty affordable for such a convenient setup so I expected some hidden prices. On the arranged day/time, he showed up a little early and ready to get to work. He had his shop open and took my bike right in. I have an older bike (06 Harley Heritage Classic) with very low miles. Within an hour he was all wrapped up. I asked for some pricing on other items such as LED lighting and was surprised at how affordable he was. The best part? His pricing was just as he quoted. Tipped it over once and made a bee-line to Thom, the owner. He immediately sourced quality (not over repriced, I checked) parts. I paid for the parts list and they were shipped, installed and tested by Graham inside of a week. The bike was armored to tank levels: every set of sliders, engine and handlebar protection. It was OEM quality. 2. I out grew the Yammie and upgraded to a '25 Honda Hornet, brand spanking new and just on the market. I decided I was not happy with OEM its systems and bought $1K of parts (yes, bike owner procured parts). Patricio, with a smile on his face (he loves what he does), put the bike up on the stand and crammed most of the add ons I got. Firefly personnel never force or jury-rig parts onto a bike. The ones which didn't fit/work was returned to the me with an explanation of non-use. Patricio installed the add-ons with superior work to Honda manufacture. The wiring was flawless: neat, traceable and firmly secured. Even something as small as the positioning of a random switch was done with ergonomic precision - German benchmark work. Everything, installed works perfectly and the parts which didn't fit or work was returned to me in original condition. I rode away with new powerful aux lights, a new console identical to a car's CarPlay interface (with front and rear cameras), monogrammed chain guard, etc... Free?: good conversation and a few laughs. Im happy - again.

I live 1 1/2 hours away, and couldn't make it down there to bring the box to them. I spoke with Nick on the phone and he offered to make the round trip and pick the box up from my house just so I could have my bike back in time.
