I had to go in to get an appointment. I have had new issues after getting my vehicle back and told I needed my brakes done that I just had done at another shop. Did they even look or are they truly trying to rip me off? I would say I am not comfortable going to them for any repairs and certainly don't trust there service people . I really like my Honda but wont buy one again. They have tainted the whole company for me.

I was told that this was because the holiday season had been very busy and they hadn't had anyone in service to do this between Christmas and New Year's, but that someone would be in touch and would come to me to program a second key; I am about an hour and a half's drive from this dealership, which they knew at this time. Nobody ever got in touch. I have spent the past four months reaching out again and again, first to my sales associate, then to his manager, and now to the GM. Every time I am either ignored, ghosted, or given the runaround. I have spoken to my local Ford dealership, and it would cost me close to $750 to get a new key programmed myself. Parkway Ford refuses to either send someone to do this, as promised, or to refund me the cost or having this done myself. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this dealership.

We were told there were two keys by the sales rep Omar. After weeks of being told the second key was "in transit" from another dealership we were promised a second key. I attended in person and the manager again refused to see me. The customer service rep apologized and told me the key would be ready next day or early the next week. After no call I attended and was told that I would need to make an appointment to have a key made and it would only take an hour. Needless to say Im already two and a half hours in and am still waiting for the key! It's the end of July. Do yourself a favour and buy a car somewhere else. These people lie and aren't even good at it. The goal is to frustrate you until you give up and they save $150 making you a new key. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

A week later we noticed a very small leak in the transmission line. Jeff didn't hesitate to have us bring it back in. He gave us a loner for the weekend and replaced the leaky line for free. He even replaced the fittings at each end of the line which he said were looking a little rusty but didn't charge us. Haven't found many (or any) car mechanics, let-alone car salesmen, who would match Jeff's honesty and integrity. Long story short, this "car dealership" sold my girlfriend a car that ended up having a faulty Bluetooth device, which was causing a battery drain. We were not happy with their service, and put a negative review online. Eventually, they ended up reluctantly offering to help cover some of the charges accumulated after multiple mechanics looking at the car. Weeks later, the Most Wanted Owners said they would not help out with repair costs until I took down my original Google review, proceeding the have us sign a contract stating that we would not speak about the situation and that my girlfriend took responsibility for the issues with the car. What a poorly managed business..... I would not recommend, especially for first time buyers! I got a set of almost brand new Blizzak's for my car a few yrs ago. I ended up paying less then $300 for them to switch my old rims, balance them and install all 4 tires. Best tires I've ever had! If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll find them for you. I had a hubcap get stolen off a rental car the one time and couldn't find another one anywhere in the area. I guess that certain car usually came with 16" tires, and that year they decided to change them to 17" tires, for their new model. It was next to impossible to try and get that stupid hubcap anywhere! Even the dealership didn't have any in stock! The one kid that worked there at the time, ended up tracking one down for me and had it delivered to the shop the next day! They always have great staff working for them and actually seem to care about their customers, unlike some other auto wreckers around the corner from them!
