I asked for one bougainvillea to be cut more like a tree and I supplied pictures, but that didn't get done - at all. They didn't even try. Another bougainvillea needed to be pulled, something I asked to be done, but there just seems to be a disconnect between the manager and the employees, either in skill or communication.
