Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The cleaning was so easy as the tech took care of everything. Prior to the cleaning, the panels were generating 8.2 KW. After the cleaning we went up to 12,2KW. With having two electric cars and only charging at home and working from home, WOW, what a difference! Please keep in mind, we had our panels installed in January 2026 and cleaning was August 10, 2026. I will with no hesitation, will be having them come out at least 2 if not three times a year.
