A week ago, one of the wipers actually became unhooked while I was driving, and I knew I had to do something about it. I went to the store, told them the story, and without asking any questions, they replaced my wipers at no charge. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but I really appreciated it.

After getting tired of things getting wet in the bed I took it back up to have new foam seal installed under cap to prevent from leaking. After $158.76 they installed new foam under cap and they had to replace all of my clamps because they broke all of them (I guess) so now water still gets in the bed of the truck and the back door does not close properly. When I contacted them about it they said Again we would gladly look at it and replace any seals that could be bad. There is no warranty on foam seals and these go on the same way everytime. So you know, No cap is 100% water tight, it's usually the bed construction that is at fault. So the bottom like I guess if you want something done and done right just do it yourself. So I will replace what they did and never go back. John K
