Having this kindness from them at the end of a snow-laden week of driving across the continent really told me a lot about these folks. But that's not all! Moving to PA means inspection, and they made that super-easy. They even made connections to a particular notary service that helped me get my car registered more easily. Presque Isle Auto gave a very reasonable quote and so I decided to go with them. I was easily able to make an appointment that fit my schedule (and the schedule of the person who had to pick me up and drop me off while my car was there). I dropped the car off at about 830am and the repairs were done by 1pm. The car was washed inside and out, and the repair looked great. I have attached photos of before and after to compare. It looks like the original window and if you didn't know it was a replacement, you could never tell. All around very happy with the service and obvious care Presque Isle Auto has for the customer.
