Extremely rude, customer service consists of an impatient man with poor communication skills. We had an appointment scheduled for 7 am and they forgot about us and had to come back later that day. We got no notice on when they were returning to clean our carpets and had no notice of when they were done. They left the receipt in our apartment and did not contact us. We had scheduled for the morning because we had to be out of the apartment, I contacted them to ask about the receipt and I got a nasty text back saying "well if you would just go check you would see it there", but we no longer had access to the residence. I continued contacting them for a week to get my receipt. I called and explained to them the issues and told them about my frustrations and he said "i'm not trying to get in a pissing contest with you". EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional business, I highly recommend finding a different service unless you want poor customer service. read more
