We got no notice on when they were returning to clean our carpets and had no notice of when they were done. They left the receipt in our apartment and did not contact us. We had scheduled for the morning because we had to be out of the apartment, I contacted them to ask about the receipt and I got a nasty text back saying "well if you would just go check you would see it there", but we no longer had access to the residence. I continued contacting them for a week to get my receipt. I called and explained to them the issues and told them about my frustrations and he said "i'm not trying to get in a pissing contest with you". EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional business, I highly recommend finding a different service unless you want poor customer service.

In Pebble Beach (Monterey Peninsula), we were hit with a "worst ever" storm that took trees down…read moreeverywhere. The damage to our home was like a nightmare. Daniel was recommended by a favorite drywall professional who called Daniel his "finish man.". When i called, he sensed the urgency, and immediately drove from King City (South County) to patch a hole made from a tree limb shooting through our roof, attic, and into the Master Bedroom! Daniel had the hole closed, to keep the debris from entering the house as the roofers tore off the roof and replaced it. Daniel's patch, paint & texture work was so perfect that nobody could tell where the limb had been sticking through the roof into the Master Bedroom below. But, a laser meter detected water had gotten in between the walls. The water remediation people took out big sections of wall where water stains were appearung. Once the damaged areas were dried, Daniel was back. His task was much larger, but he skillfully put the new drywall in every area that had been damaged and removed. Then he carefully applied the drywall mud, let it dry a few days, then returned. We were lucky that the damaged rooms (bedroom wall, landing, and great room below had someone as skilled and hardworking as Daniel to fix everything! His texture skills and paint made all evidence of water damage disappear! And, despite the long drive, Daniel was there, on time, with his classic "here to help" winning smile he has! Our storms were the "worst ever!". But, thanks to Daniel, the reminder of their damage to our Pebble Beach home is gone! No trace left behind! Thank you D. A. DRYWALL . Daniel Aguilar is the best!

My elderly mother's air conditioner went out and it is supposed to be in the high 90s in the coming week. She has a heart condition, and when I explained this, they were very good about getting us on to their schedule quickly. The technician communicated his arrival time in advance and arrived promptly. He replaced a part in the compressor within about 30 minutes and the air conditioner was in good working order again. Highly recommend this company!
